RAJADIGHI COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE SOCIETY

TASK

We are looking for online volunteers to support our ongoing different projects with technical knowledge in photography to catch the exact moments for effective development documentation and also to enhance the capacity of the organization by linking and sharing proven knowledge based information and providing potential links on the same.

The organisation will provide all necessary information as a back up support. Also the organization will send possible answers of relevant queries.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The organization is presently working with various issues including health, environment, livelihood, self reliance, climate change adaptation, sustainable agriculture, prevention of child marriage, quality and inclusive education, child right, child protection, women empowerment, disaster preparedness and mitigation, financial and social inclusion.

We require constant support from different corners to enhance our knowledge.

OBJECTIVE

The online volunteers, using their expertise and technical know-how, will enhance our capacity for increased efficiency in ongoing project documentation through photography .

FINCA Microfinance Bank is looking for reputable and competent law firms which can render legal services to the bank in the regions mentioned hereinabove. The interested firms are called to submit their proposal to offer legal services as follows;
i. Reviewing and drafting of legal documents:
The law firm will be called upon from time to time to review FINCA`s documents and opine on the same, such documents may be in the form of but not limited to policies, employment contracts, security documents, any agreements entered into with third parties such as loan agreements and lease agreements.
ii. Issuing demand notices when requested to do so by FINCA
iii. Attesting legal documents when requested to do so by FINCA.
iv. Legal Searches
The law firm shall upon receiving instructions from FINCA to conduct official serious government registries situated in the regions which FINCA has operations.
v. Litigation/Mediation/Arbitration:
The law firm shall upon instructions represent FINCA on any ligation/Mediation and/or Arbitration matter that may involve FINCA or any of its clients or agents and be in a position to give legal advice legal representation, drafting and filing of court documents, and/or act as FINCA`s mediators and/or arbitrator in any legal matter. The law firm shall handle FINCA legal affairs across a branch network spanning as instructed by FINCA.
vi. Legal Advice
The law firm shall give legal advice on all legal matters involving FINCA including but not limited to the legal services mentioned above.
vii. Any other legal duties assigned to the law firm by FINCA during the tenure of the contract.

1. Evidence of Registration.
2. Certified True Copy of the documents of registration.
3. Evidence of payment of tax for the last three years showing clearly Tax identification Number (TIN).
4. Company`s registered address, functional contact email addresses, telephone numbers and contact person (s).
5. Comprehensive company profile and verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed including list of recent clients and their contacts.
6. List of services offered along with standard rates or sample pricing (pricing scheme/methodology).
7. Current practicing certificate.
8. List of the staffing in the law firm including their profiles.

NOTE: All current legal service providers are supposed to apply.
